*Update: I will be closing registration on May 17th. So if you are thinking about registering or want to add your artist to the wait list, please do so before then. Thanks!

I’m excited to offer 3 weeks of art classes (May 27-June 13). All of the art projects are inspired by our “field trip” plans this summer. We hope your artist will join us on our road trip!

I’m always trying to figure out the best way to organize family life with art…
Here are a few things that are new this year:
-Three different age groups (this matches the needs and abilities of my own kiddos better)
-No art camp days and all sessions are either 2 or 4 classes each
-No snacks for the youngest group (sorry, too many students with food allergies)
-New format for art shows (see description under art show)
-THE BIGGEST CHANGE is a new registration form at the bottom of my blog. You will need to fill this form out to register (submit one form per student). Include your email address in the comments, if this is the first time you have taken classes with me or if your email has changed.

Please email me or post a comment on the bottom of this page, if you have any questions

GENERAL INFO FOR SUMMER CLASSES
- For classes ages 5-7, tuition is $45 per student per session. For classes ages 8-11 and 10+, tuition is $22 per student per session.

- Classes are held at my home off of Elliot between Recker and Higley in Gilbert.

- To register, fill out the registration from on the bottom of the blog (you will need to submit one form per student). Include your email address in the comments, if this is the first time you have taken classes with me or if your email has changed.Feel free to register for as many or as few sessions as you would like.

- Tuition is due by midnight on Tuesday, May 6 (or when you register, if it is after May 6th) and is non-refundable after that date. Once you submit your registration, I will send you an invoice powered by PayPal (you don’t need to have a PayPal account). If you prefer not to use PayPal, please contact me so that we can make other arrangements. A few weeks before summer classes start, I will also send you an email with my address and more details about the classes.

- If a class or session you are interested in is full, please still let me know that you would like to attend. I will add your artist to the wait list.

- Because of the nature of the art classes I am not able to offer refunds if your child misses a class. However, if your child is ill and won’t be able to attend a session, please let me know ASAP. If I am able to fill your child’s space, you will receive a refund.

*A note about ages: If you have children in different age groups, who want to attend together, you may register them for the same class, but please make sure it will be appropriate for their abilities (so a 9 year old may attend the 10+ class with an older sibling, if he/she has sufficient skills or a mature 4 1/2 year old may attend the 5-7 class). Please contact me if you have questions about which class to register your child for.

Art Shows
Friday, June 13 6:30-8:00 pm (with art pick up on Saturday, Jun 14)*
My kids love the art shows! It’s so fun to have your hard work displayed and admired.
- Friends and family are welcome.
- Art shows are a come and go event where each student gets to decorate an art folder and see their art displayed.
- If you are not able to attend the art show, your artist will take their art home at the end of the session instead of after the show.

*New format this year: All the art will be displayed on June 13th. After the show, Miss Arabeth will place the art in each child’s folder. Then on Saturday, June 14, you will need to come and pick up the art at Miss Arabeth’s home.
